As a multifamily property owner, fund manager, and syndicator, he specializes in acquiring and managing large apartment communities across Europe. Since 2015, Edward has raised nearly $800 million in equity, acquired over 11,500 units, and overseen transactions exceeding $3 billion.

Born and raised in rural Europe, Edward developed a global perspective through his experiences living, studying, and working in the UK, Europe, the U.S., North Africa, and Asia.

Passionate about real estate, technology, and digital currency, Edward is committed to expanding financial access and creating pathways to financial freedom. His vision is to build the world’s largest financial services company.

Brad Potter oversees acquisitions, debt financing, and asset management for Tevason’s core operations. With over 20 years of real estate experience and more than $2.1 billion in transaction volume, he specializes in identifying institutional-quality, value-driven investment opportunities.

Since 2019, Brad has led Tevason’s transformation into an operations-focused firm, delivering strong performance through strategic risk management, forward-thinking investment strategies, and maximized returns. Before partnering with Edward Goering, he worked as a multifamily investment broker for various firms across Europe and the United States.

Patrick Omar serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Tevason, where he oversees the firm’s investment strategy, including acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and fund formation. With over 16 years of experience in real estate, stock trading, and asset management, he has developed extensive expertise in high-level financial strategies.

Raised in an international environment, Patrick began his career as a teacher in India before becoming a founding team member of a real estate hub in London, where he played a key role in driving revenue growth and management.

Nicole Wilsden is the Chief Financial Officer at Tevason, overseeing all financial operations of the company. She brings a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and capitalizing on opportunities. With nearly 20 years of experience in financial leadership, risk management, and corporate finance, Nicole plays a critical role in scaling processes and systems to support the future of finance and build a digital-first financial infrastructure.

Her expertise in data-driven strategies and digitalization is instrumental in shaping the company’s financial framework. Nicole holds an MBA from the University of Edinburgh and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.

As Chief Technology Officer at Tevason, Oliver oversees the operation and design of the company’s core systems and infrastructure.

As a key member of the team that built the company’s AI framework, Oliver took on the role of CTO in 2018, making him one of the longest-serving executives in the Tevason. Under his leadership, Tevason transitioned almost all of its systems and software to a micro services-based cloud architecture, enhancing scalability and ensuring high availability for users across all jurisdictions where the company operates.

Ali Khalid is the Vice President of Business Operations at Tevason, where he is responsible for building and managing the company’s operational interface, business development, and advancing its strategic initiatives. With deep expertise in managing operational risk during periods of rapid growth, Ali is committed to fostering organizational growth and excellence. He leads a dynamic team focused on achieving operational goals and ensuring long-term success in the competitive financial landscape.

Prior to joining Tevason in 2021, Ali gained valuable experience as a sales marketer at an oil refinery in Kuwait, where he developed a strong foundation in scaling global operations for various companies. His diverse background enables him to navigate complex challenges while optimizing business processes for continued success.
